Hi @Randgro,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your printer might be experiencing some configuration or communication issues. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer settings on your computer are configured correctly. Sometimes, printers default to printing only the last page of a document. Look for any options related to page range or printing settings and make sure they are set to print all pages.
- Update Printer Drivers: Visit the HP website and download the latest drivers and software for your printer model. Installing updated drivers can often resolve printing issues.
- Restart Printer and Computer: Turn off your printer and computer, then turn them back on again. This can sometimes clear up temporary glitches and restore proper functionality.
- Print Test Pages: Print a test page from both your computer and directly from the printer's control panel (if it has one). This can help determine if the issue is specific to one method of printing or if it affects both.
- Check Paper Tray and Print Queue: Ensure that the paper tray is loaded correctly and that there are no paper jams or obstructions. Also, check the print queue on your computer to make sure there are no pending print jobs stuck in the queue.
- Reset Printer: Many printers have a reset option in the settings menu. You can try resetting the printer to its default settings to see if that resolves the issue.
By following these steps, you should hopefully be able to identify and resolve the issue with your printer only printing the last page of a document.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
