I use this printer with HP Business Copy paper to print a newsletter using Microsoft Office Publisher. Lately I find that the printer is having a lot of paper jams or printhead jams, especially when printing side two of a manual duplex print. Does this mean that the printer is having mechanical problems or could it be driver issues?

Thanks for replying. I see that you were previously interacting with @Raj1788, but he is out of the office. Don't worry, I'm here to help and I'll take it further from here.
Please try step# 3, 4, 5 and 6 from this document.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware from this link.
Hope this helps!

Thank you for joining HP Forums.
It's a pleasure assisting you in finding answers to your technical queries.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Is the copy working fine?
Are you facing the same issue while printing from a different application?
Are you facing this issue after an update?
Have a great day!
Cheers:)

I have not used the printer to copy yet and there were no updates. I used the printer solely for printing from Publisher and the problems I experienced started slowly but seems to have become more regular. Due to the urgency of the matter, and as it seems it is going to take some time to sort out the problem, I have decided to scrap this printer and bought another printer. Thank yoi for your assistance.
