Product: HP DeskJet 2820e All-in-One Printer

I keep sending things to be printed from my phone and nothing. Printer had ink and is online when I check it says print job waiting?

Perform the steps from this document and see how it goes. 

 

Also, update the firmware using your current OS on the phone. Click here
