“Printing the alignment page…” but nothing happens

Hi guys I have a problem with my printer.

I changed the black cartridge into a new one, now every time I turn the printer on it says “printing the alignment page…” (“stampa della pagina di allineamento in corso…”) but nothing happens. It’s stuck there. If i press “cancel”, nothing happens. What should i do?

I understand the printer is stuck at alignment. This issue usually occurs when a cartridge is replaced and the alignment process is not completed.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Alignment errors

Note: Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges.
