Printing top and bottom of the page but not the middle

Good morning,My concern here today is that I have a HP Officejet 4630 model printer and I usually do my homework on my iPhone or Android phone and if it's something that needs to be printed I have the HP smart app downloaded on my phone and I just print straight from the app of any necessary class work that needs to be printing but lately here when I print a page it prints like the top half then the middle be faded or half printed words then the bottom is clear I'm not sure what this is I thought maybe it needed to be alined so I printed a alingment page then put it on the printer to scan and it's still doing the same thing what can be the problem..I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I understand that you are facing issues while using the Officejet printer from your mobile device. Can you make a copy on the machine? Place a document face down on the scanner glass and press the copy option on the printer control panel. Let me know if it makes a good copy or not.

If the copy is coming out fine, then the issue is with the HP Smart App. Remove the app, restart the phone and then reinstall the app. That should fix this issue.

Thanks a bunch for responding back 🙂, I did make a copy and it's still coming out the same way it's like it skips or something while it's printing..

If the copy is coming out the same, then the issue is with the printer hardware / cartridges.
