I have been printing via the Microsoft print screen for years. I select my two photos, print on letter, photo size 4x6, print 2 per page and voila, the preview is perfect.  I have done this over 100 times and out of my printer comes exactly what I want. Now, all of a sudden, what is coming out of my printer is two small photos about 2.5 x 4 inches both on one side of the sheet. Basically both pictures are in the space that should be one 4x6 image.  I tried support, but got nowhere.  I have rebooted and tried again. This time I only tried printing one 4x6 on the letter size paper.  Well, the same two small photos are what came out and that is not even what was showing on the preview - so mystery gets bigger.  Any suggestions and is there a way to clear the printer cache?

You are likely dealing with an issue related to a Microsoft change in the way it treats screen prints and may not be directly related to your printer. Have you tried switching from landscape to portrait or vice-versa?

Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried switching to landscape and it is still the same issue.  Any other thoughts?
