Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get no error messages, have run the HP Print and Scan Doctor but did not resolve issue.

I get what looks like a double strike when it prints.  This started when I installed my black print cartridge.  It looks a shadow and then a darker character on top of it so it's very difficult to read.

Some documents it does it all the way through, some maybe the 1st and last paragraph only.

I've tried taking the cartridge out.  Have realigned the      print heads at least 3 times.  I have tried changing print quality settings but it makes no difference.  The color font does not seen to have this problem.

the hp scan doctor software did a clean head process and then printed out page to align and it printed with font part with double strike.  the page that printed after cleaned heads was clean no double strike.
