I am unable to print any Document and when i press the Printer information Page through printer hardware, it prints successfully and shows the following message - 

 

Printing with non-instant Ink cartridge(s).

There is a problem with instant ink. 

 

I am using Original HP Instant Ink Cartridges. Not sure what is the problem and how can i resolve without any actual error code. Some Someone from HP Printer Support team help ??

 

Below i am also attaching the screenshot of error i get when trying to print from HP Smart Mobile App. ( looks unrelated but strange)

Hey there! @Pjainy, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

 

I understand you have issues printing from your printer and you are getting an error cannot print visit instant ink page.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Have you enrolled for instant ink subscription?

 

Have you cancelled the instant ink contract?

 

This message would normally appear if there is a billing issue with the Instant Ink service. (sometimes it represents a connection issue, but I'm pretty confident that it is not.) I'm pretty sure that the original owner was enrolled in the Instant Ink program and failed to cancel the service properly.  

 

If you look at the printers Ink cartridges do they say Instant Ink on them? If they do, you can swap them out for regular store bought cartridges. The printer should then work. 

 

If you have issues registering in instant ink. Please share instant ink details in a private message, so I can check the records and help you in registering with instant ink.

 

Printer Model Name

Serial Number of the printer

Instant ink Email Address

Instant Ink Account Number
