After 9 weeks away from home I have started to use the printer.  

 

The first photos were fine, but second page had poor colour and red lines.  The cartridges are showing almost full.

 

Anu suggestions?

Try cleaning the cartridges 4-5 times.

 Please print the Print Quality Diagnostic Page (Step 😎

 

Refer to Step 9, examine the test results

 

If you can't read results even with HP instructions. You may choose to execute Step 10 (Align Printhead) a few times.

 

Since you have been away from home for 9 weeks, printhead might clogged

 

I hope my solution would have solved your issues.
