Greetings:

I have been contacting HP Support for assistance in quite a few issues.  My first is that on my HP Envy Pro 6475 All-in-One Printer series (HP Envy Pro 6400 All-in-One Series Printer) has the information button indicator light flashing -  the number button indicator is flashing -- the Cartridge access door button lights flashiing.  I REALLY NEED ASSISTANCE IN RESOLVING THESE PRINTER CONTROL PANEL LIGHTS FROM STOP FLASHING IN ORDER TO GO TO THE NEXT ISSUE OF THE PRINTER.  PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE INVESTIGATE THIS ISSUE AND GET BACK TO ME WITH A RESOLUTION BY EMAIL!!!!!!!!!
