Printer only prints headers & footers from certain sites

Hi! @gogo40, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand your printer is printing headers and footers only from certain websites.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?

Have you tried printing from a different application? Does the issue persist?

Have you tried printing using a different browser?

Try Printing a Quality Diagnostic Report from your printer and check if the issue persists.

1. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow () to scroll to Tools, and then press OK.

2. Press the Down Arrow () to scroll to Print Quality Report, and then press OK. The printer prints the test page.

In general, the top and size margins might be restricted to
Top
2.96 mm (0.12 in)
And
Bottom
14.5 mm (0.57 in)

You could perhaps change the document's margins to "Normal" or something similar.

You can also adjust the settings individually.

Word document > File > Print > Click Page Setup > tab Layout

Check to see where your Headers and footers are set as compared to the overall "Narrow margins" setting.

You can adjust the Header and Footers down / up away from the document's / paper's edge.

Word document > Insert > Footer (drop down menu) >

(look at bottom of available footer settings) Edit Footer > adjust as desired

Also, Uninstall the printer software from the root level and install the full feature printer software.

In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.

Update the full feature printer software using this link.

Refer this article to further troubleshoot print quality issues with your printer.
