When I send a print job of more than 10 envelopes, the printer eventually starts printing an extra copy of each envelope.  If the job is 20 or more envelopes, the duplicates always start with envelope #3. If the job is 10 or so envelopes, the duplicates start toward the end of the job.  I've tried using both Tray 1 and Tray 2, and I get the same result in both. Yes, I've set the print quantity to 1. Has anyone else encountered this or something like it, and know a solution? I'm printing for a food bank, and throwing away envelopes is costing us!

 

ETA: This ONLY happens with envelopes. Letter-sized paper works as expected.
