Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everybody,

 

I have a new printer since few weeks, a Deskjet 2630:

The cartridge who were given "setup 123" are almost empty so I bought some 304 XL (HP), but my printer doesn't want them (incompatible cartridges):

I don't understand why. Someone could help me?

Where did you get the printer from?

 

The 123 cartridges are not for the European market the 304 are for the European market, you don't have a printer for the European market. You can't mix different market cartridges.

Thank you for your answer, I start to understand the problem.

 

I bought the printer in Senegal (where I live for few years) but I bought cartridges from France (where I come from...).
