I am an Instant Ink customer and I have a new tri-color ink cartridge that is faulty. I tried cleaning the connections, restarting the printer and all the suggestions on the support page and the cartridge wont install. When I put the old one back in the error message goes away. The new cartridge seems like it is faulty and I would like it replaced.

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Please wait for the cartridges to be delivered. Once you receive them, please go ahead and install and check how it goes.
