I have a document print request from 14/04/2018 on my print queue that is incomplete and I have tried to delete it as it is preventing me from printing any other documents. It will not clear when I press cancel or delete Current status is "Deleting - Paused - Printing". Can anyone assist me in clearing this?

Hi,
It seems as your printer was originally paused and then later the print queue was deleted.
First right click the printer and select See What's Printing.
On the shown dialog click the top printer menu and unchek the Pasue Printing option by clicking it (the mark will then be removed).
As the printer was also been deleted your print queue may disappear now, so please restart your computer.
If it is USB connected it will be re-added upon restart, else open the HP Deskjet 3050 software and follow the steps on screen to reconfigure your printer.
