Problem with printer or ink system

HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro8600 HP5D59F3
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer is a HP5D59F# (HP Officejet Pro 8600)

I usually print wireless now to try and eliminate the no print problem i have it hard wired

On the printer window is this message

There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off,then on. If problem persists contact HP

And there is another problem.... contacting HP

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Resolving 'Print System Problem', 'Problem with Ink System' Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. 
 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
