Printer is a HP5D59F# (HP Officejet Pro 8600)
I usually print wireless now to try and eliminate the no print problem i have it hard wired
On the printer window is this message
There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off,then on. If problem persists contact HP
And there is another problem.... contacting HP
