HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

When I turn on my printer, I get an error message stating "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn off printer, then turn on. If problem persists, contact HP."  I have replaced all new ink cartridges and still get the same error message.
