I just got the following error on my printer: There is a problem with the printhead, Event code: 62.80.A0.

 

I checked HP customer support and it said my product had been returned. The boxing looked like it was new. We tried to clean and realign the printhead but it wouldn't even let us do that.

 

The virtual agent sent me a link to replace the printhead but my printer wasn't listed in the examples.

 

What's the next step?
