How is the print quality if you copy a document?
How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?
Could you also print a print quality report and let me know the result. In order to print the report:
1.) On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon 
.
2.) Touch Tools.
3.) Touch Print Quality Report.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
