Operating System: iOS

I am trying to print a photo from my smart phone it’s an apple. Goes to the motions of printing but the photo comes out blank. How can I resolve this. I did print a receipt from my iPhoneThe other day on regular paper and that worked fine but the photos aren’t working

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • Are you using the HP Smart App or the AirPrint feature?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Does the print preview look good?
