I have an HP Envy 4520 all-in-one printer. About 3 weeks ago I started getting an error message every time I printed a page. "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed". I have to remove and reinstall the cartridge every single time I want to print. HP sent me a replacement cartridge, but it did not resolve the problem. HP also walked me through cleaning the contacts, but that also did not help Any suggestions?

Since you have performed all the troubleshooting steps and also replaced the ink cartridges, looks like it is a hardware issue.

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
