Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

after connecting the printer to mains power, it shows an Error code 0XB8111C30 or 0XB8025E30. The power on button is flashing.

When pressing power button the error message disappears an nothing happens.

 

Can someone help me.
