Hi, I have been facing a strange problem with my HP ink tank 415 printer. any documents word, PDB when i command to print printer printed only Header and footer line of the page, other lines are blank? 

 

I have bouth the printer only 3 months and have not print morethen 100 pagas. will you please help me to find the problem?

Hi, Are you facing this issue only while printing form computer only? how about doing a self test page or a copy to check if the hardware part is fine or not. if it prints a self test page or copies fine then it could be a printer driver issue .
