I need to find out what the Product ID is for a DeskJet 3752 printer. I have looked everywhere it says to find it, but it just isn't there. I am not able to print out the report that contains it because my issue is that my printer will not print anything in black, even though the ink level shows about 1/4 full. I replaced the cartridge once already and I was surprised at how low the ink level is now. I really don't print anything very often at all. I've cleaned the print heads several times but it doesn't help. I've had print quality issues almost from the beginning but I work out of town and just haven't had to time to pursue the issue.
I distinctly remember registering the printer the same night I installed it, but the HP site can't find it by the serial number so, I'm confused as to why not!. I can't register it again because it requires the Product ID to register it, instead of the Serial Number.

There is a sticker on the back next to the power plug.
You can still print by removing the black cartridge if necessary.
