Hp 5700 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My sister had a 5700 printer. There was a program called hp photo printing.  I downloaded one with the same name, but she said that wasn't it.

Does anyone one know if there is a place I can get the old version from?

I would appreciate your help.

Thank you

@LadyTaz63, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I am assuming that you are referring to the HP Photo Creations Software. HP Photo Creations retired on November 30, 2019.

There is no option to download the software again.

Refer to the document HP Photo Creations - HP Photo Creations Software is Retired for details.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

No the HP Creations is not what I want. I already have that with my HP ENVY 4520.  I found a way to get the old HP Photo Printing off her old computer.

My problem now is as stated in a newer post.

I need to be able to install a 6900 inkjet printer,  but it is suppose to run on Windows XP. On the compatibility section, it only lists Windows XP (service pack two or service pack 3). It does not have a plain Windows XP, so the computer won't accept it.

If you can help me with this, that would be great.

Thank you for offering your help.

Thanks for replying!

To know your exact windows version, press Win+R, and type winver and hit enter. You'll see a window with al the details of your Operating System.

Now, go to the HP website and choose your OS and install the drivers.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
