My HP 8600 has aged and is starting to periodically hang, repeatedly clicking. I want to purchase a new HP 8025 or 9015, etc. today. Will I be able to exchange my HP 8600 unused ink cartridges for cartridges that will work in my new HP printer?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Unfortunately, we went and purchased a new HP 9015 printer at OfficeMax/Officedepot on Thursday, so the HP ISB team cannot help us. If we had purchased through HP, we would have been able to make the exchange.

 

ISB team exchange ink cartridges that are compatible with the new Printer for customers who had their printer replaced or bought new printer from HP Support Team and have left over ink cartridges that are Unopened, Genuine HP and In-warranty, which are not compatible with the new printer.
