I have a 2 year old HP Envy 6420e all in one printer which has been working fine.

Today I changed the BT Hub for a new one.

Printer is saying it is offline and I can't see how to re-connect it.  Have tried everything I can see in the HP help but still not working.

Currently has a purple flashing light and the blue wi-fi button is flashing ....... I don't know what to do to fix it?

1. Many printers have trouble connecting to current 5Ghz routers. Best advise is to create a unique SSID for the 2.4Ghz channel of the router and only allow the printer to connect to that SSID.

 

2. You may need to set the printer to initial wifi connection mode:
