On the back of the fuser there are 2 blue levers that are designed to reduce pressure if you are printing envelopes. However these can cause issues if you try to print plain paper with them in the envelope setting. Also check for dirty or bent contacts in the cartridge cavity. Was it working fine before you changed the toner and fuser? If yes, reinstall the old components one at a time to see if the defect disappears, then you will know which new component is bad.
