Hi - I'm wondering if you ever had any success in fixing this issue. I am having the same problem!

I’ve done everything and it still says the same thing. Is there a way I can preserve the 2 new ink cartridges I’ve opened??

Have you tried all the steps from here? https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-4630-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5305049/document/...

 

If yes, do let us know if you insert your old ink, do you still see the error message.
