Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP Envy 5000 series printer/scanner/fax.. When I turn it on it, is fine for a short time and then the icon lights flash and the screen displays error code OXB3D42A2B. I have tried using the online diagnostic tool which shows that I have two printers set up (I don't).

1 is listed as "scan only HP731949 (HP Envy 5000 series) do not delete" and the other is HP731949 (HP Envy 5000 series).

I have tried the diagnostic tools....without success. I am not brilliant at IT.....does anyone have any advice??

thanks

You might have to reset the printer.
