HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

The printer screen on the front of the 7134 is displaying a question mark symbol on the left which is lit up. I do not seem to have other functions available on that screen other than "Info". I cannot print from my laptop and I do not know the significance of the ? (question mark symbol) to find the problem

@cold101

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to your printer?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

  • Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
  • Disconnect any other cables if connected to the printer.
  • Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
  • The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector.
  • Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
