My computer updated to macOS Sonoma 14.0 and all of the sudden Quickbooks Online won't print anything in black ink. If I go to print invoices etc. it will print our company logo and a blue bar that shows up on all our forms, but everything else is blank. All other printing works, it is just Quickbooks Online where we are having the issue. I have reached out to Quickbooks and they were no help. I have found a work around if I download any forms and then use the HP Smart App to print them it works. However, the HP Smart App will only let me print one file at a time which makes printing documents take forever. I have tried reaching out to HP to see if there is a way to print multiple files at once on the HP Smart App but the virtual assistant is no help and I am unable to get connected with an agent. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue??
