Bonjour,

 

Je ne trouve pas l'accès pour mettre à 0 les compteurs de la courroie et l'unité de fusion dans le menu de mon HP Color Laser MFP 178nw

et effacer les messages "préparer une nouvelle courroie de transfert" et "préparer bientôt une unité de fusion" qui bloquent mon imprimante.

 

Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?
