Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP and I would access via Web Server or HP SMART software in WIndows 10.

I don't modify any preferences in menu because Ask a Password for Admin.

 

I  did a FULL RESET with a Button of Power and cable but i don't reset password.

 

I need Help. Thanks in advance

Hi, Please Navigate to the system settings and you will have an option to restore the printer to factory defaults. restore it to factory defaults and the admin password will clear off. Hope this helps.
