I replaced a HP Officejet6500 E710n-z printer with Officejet Pro 8715 printer on my home network. Before install of new drivers for the HP8715 printer, I removed the old printer from list of devices and then installed the new drivers. Now when I boot up my PC, I get a "Run DLL" error as follows:
There was a problem starting C:\Program files\HP\HP Officejet6500 E710n-z\HPStatusBL.DLL . The specfied module could not be found.
When I check my PC, I do not see the subdirectory :\Program files\HP\HP Officejet6500 E710n-z under the HP directory.
How can I get rid of the annoying error ?
Thanks
MP
