Please help! This is affecting my business! There's always ink on the lower part of the paper after printing/copying.. I already lost a lot of paper because of this.. My Customers are complaining.. I think this started after buying new HP 680 cartridges, both of the cartridges are leaking, I tried printing but it won't print anything, I think it's still leaking inside the printer.. After 2 days of no print, I tried to return it to the shop and replace it with new cartridges.. The new carteidge is not leaking anymore but is now giving me ink streak on the lower part of the paper.. I think the fault here is the old leaking cartridge.. I already tried the clean printhead option but after printing another page, there's still some ink.. I really need some help regarding this. I mostly print formal documents that's why ink spills are not acceptable.. Here's a photo of the ink on the lower part:

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
Please perform the step below for ink smearing:
-
Turn on the printer.
-
Load paper into the input tray.
-
Press and hold the Power button, press the Cancel button
three times, press the Start Copy Color button
eight times, and then release the Power button.
The printer feeds one page slowly and it might make some noise for approximately one minute. A blank test page prints.
-
Wait until the page is out of the printer before you remove it.
-
Discard or recycle the test page, and then try to print.
If the issue persists, please perform the remaining steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-ink-advantage-2130-all-in-one-printer-series/7174559...

The process is kinda cool! And somehow it worked for now I guess.
I tried to print a page full of letter and a page with an image.. It didn't have those ink spills.. Thanks for the geniune help! Will come back here again if encountered the same problem..
