HP Photosmart 7550

My HP Photosmart 7550 randomly prints on its own - just a one line message with a website link. I am wondering if this is due to a wifi connection problem or if anyone else has had this problem. It irritates me that I cannot directly call HP Customer Service as my product is out of warranty. I cannot be the only one who has experienced this. I cannot take it anymore!

Thank you for the reply. I did call the number provided, however, I assumed I was calling HP directly. I even asked the technician if I had called HP and he said yes. We discovered the problem was not in my printer, but in my laptop - a virus that was corrupting the drivers. He was very helpful, though the conversation did end with a request for purchase. By that time, he had begun to correct the issue. I purchased my computer at Costco, which provides technical service for free through the lifetime of the device. My laptop is just about a year old and I would have had the discovery and repair covered. Though grateful for the help from the HP Community, I would have saved a great deal of time and money had I been given access to HP's Customer Service number on the website.
