Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.
I understand that you have an HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer. I read that the printer is unable to connect to the wireless network and asks for a WPA/WEP key.
To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What operating system are you using on your computer?
- Are other devices working fine on the network?
However, I did some research and suggest you to use the following information:
- If you're using Windows then this HP document will help you find the WPA/WEP: http://hp.care/2t3z5XM
- For Mac OS, you may use this HP document: http://hp.care/2t3EOwR
I hope this information helps. please feel free to let me know. All the best! 🙂
