Hello... I have the identical issue with my HP Office Jet 4650 printer. The plastic projectiles attached to the paper tray are damaged. The printer does not read that the tray is full and back in position. So is there a replacement tray that can be purchased rather than buying an entirely new unit?

HP Recommended

Mine was still under warranty so HP replaced the machine. I asked to just have the part replaced and they said they don’t have just that part.  I hope that helped.
