I have a Photosmart 1215 and had it working on W7 for years using the 990c driver. Recently, I had to reload W7 and now I need to get the printer working again. I installed the 990c driver, but I cannot get it to print. I seem to recall there was more to it than just installing a 990c driver while my 1215 is plugged in, but I cannot remember the "hoops" I had to jump through. The link you have above has been moved and does not go to a procedure. Can anyone help?

The steps in the document here may help install the Deskjet 990c driver for use with the Photosmart 1215 printer in Windows 7.
