Repeating previous message:

Press several times on (invisible) back-arrow (below question mark) to reach hidden support menu, select resets and perform semi-full reset.

Thank you for the help. So far the partial reset has been holding.

Just wanted to let you know that this solution seems to work for me too. have been OK for last 54 hours or so.
