I am having the exact same problem with my recently purchased HP 7730 printer.  It appears to be a problem with the printer itself as it happens only for label printing and only if you have some used labels missing from the sheet as you put it into the printer.  New unused sheets it prints ok, mostly.  

Please can you suggest a fix.  Sometimes I only want to print 1 or 2 labels so I can't use a brand new sheet each time!  It is not crumpled at all it is always pristine!
