My printer is up to date and it’s doing the same thing except every Sunday. What else can I try to stop this.  It’s super frustrating and a waste of paper. Thank you!!

I think the thing that did work, was to turn off the printer and then unplug it from AC power for a few minutes. Then plug it in start it up. The unfortunate thing is you always have to wait a week to find out if it works.

 

Also from HP;

There is a reset you can do, Press on the back button then press in the same place 4 times fairly quickly, a Support Menu pops up, press the >  arrow to Resets Menu, then press OK, then > arrow twice to get the Semi-full reset, press ok to execute the reset.
