I tried the link and it States

400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large
nginx/1.14.2
This has happened on most of the links I have tried to use. I have registered and re-registered my printer and when it comes to the final set up it hangs and nothing else loads. I have a HP OfficeJet 4652 and am downloading the 4650 series software.
What is going on? I am so upset right now, I can't put the words here that I am saying. I have at this for over a week and can't find any help.

What operating system

What browser are you using?  I have been having the same issue with Edge but Chrome has worked.  You might also try Internet Explorer or Netscape.

If you let me know which browser and operating system I may be able to suggest a more direct download path.

I was using the 1,2,3 set up and using the disk to get there. I want to be able to print from my saved documents. I also tried again from the email for set up and it will take me to the set up for internet, which I did, but cannot print from Word on my computer. It was the Microsoft Edge, which I do not use. I use Google Chrome.

I am using Google Chrome as my main browser but the 1,2,3 set up uses MS Edge to do the set up. I have tried numerous times and always get stopped on step 3 that has the drivers after registering it stops and won't load more. I have let it sit on that page for any hour or more and it doesn't move. My printer is the HP OfficeJet 4652 and I have had it about a year. When 1 first installed it I could print from my computer and the web. I did get the network and could print from the web but not the computer now.
