HP Office Jet Pro 8625

I have an HP Inkjet printer, HP Office Jet Pro 8625 that was working fine until the last computer update. I am now getting an error on the printer, Oxc19a0044 (print head error).  I have new cartridges installed and the print head has been cleaned and aligned several time. I have done the standard reset of taking out and replacing the cartridges and then unplugging the printer for 60 seconds. It does clear the error until I try to print and then I get the same error. The print head has good contact and seems in good condition. I don't know what else to do. I don't want to spend the money on a new print head as i really don't think this is the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Hi @Jaflade,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
