In our office we have two HP printers that we are receiving the same error code on.  The code is "Used Cartridge in Use.

There should be a way to troubleshoot this issue, because I can't believe we are using Used Toner cartridges - we pay too much for them.  How to clear the error code and get the machines running well again is the question?
