I bought the HP 4158e printer and I have a red light bulb next to the button that has an “i” on all the time. I read your suggestions about doing a reset procedure and it won't turn off. I tried to do the firmware update procedure and it won't let me do it, it tells me: "there is another person trying to do it". I did what they suggest to hold down the "i" button for a few seconds and it didn't work either. I can use this printer for everything and everything works fine. I have tried everything it says on the internet and I have not been able to solve it. Please tell me how I can solve this problem.

Hi @RaulPR,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
It seems like the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink. If so, the info light and the envelope icon will stay on. It is as per the design. This does not mean the printer is in an error state.
Press the info button to print an information page.
