Hi. I received this message "the built-in network capabilities are disabled" on my printer control panel. Not sure what is going on. When I tried the right arrow/network/network reset approach, the error message pops up before I see "network reset".
I also tried removing the printer cartridges, removing power, waiting 60 seconds, reapplying power, then reinserting cartridges. Nada.
Please help. Thank you!
