Product: DeskJet 3755 J9V91A

Dear Community,

 

Please help me in order to reach full factory reset on my DeskJet 3755 (purchased in the US) but used in Europe. My problem is the printer doesn't accept the EU ink cartridge (type 652). Based on a phone call with the local HP support, I have to set it into factory (fresh) state with installed both 652 EU (local) type cartridges.

I already purchased both 652 ink and installed, but I don't know how to make the full factory reset.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
