Halo

 

I move from Australia to Europe recently. As the printer I´ve both in Australia was running low on ink I decided to buy two original HP cartridges in Germany. The origin one was called

61XL and the current 301 (black). After inserting the new cartridge the printer displays that that one do not fit to the printer. I´ve read that it is necessary to reset the region in the printer settings. Who and how to contact at HP to get this done?
